This is the Touring Bracket Light Rail by Voile.
Stainless steel bracket where the Light Rail binding (2012-2013 or newer models) attaches during the tour mode. Attached with stainless steel Slider Pin. Touring Bracket includes the plastic pin guide and all screws necessary to mount.
This touring bracket is included with the purchase of the Light Rail bindings.
